  2. Choose "Entire campsite" or "Private room"
  3. Go to Calendar → Availability Settings
  4. Sync Calendars → Import Calendar
  5. Paste the per-site iCal URL → Import

📥 Recording OTA Bookings in Camping Life 360

When a guest books through Hipcamp, Airbnb, or another OTA, you need to enter that reservation in Camping Life 360 so your availability feeds stay accurate. Here's the workflow:

  1. OTA sends you a booking notification (email)
  2. Open Camping Life 360 → Reservations → + New Reservation
  3. Enter the guest name, site, dates, and number of guests
  4. In the Notes field, add the OTA booking reference (e.g. "Airbnb: HM8X9K2Y")
  5. Set status to Confirmed
  6. Save — the site is now blocked on all your iCal feeds automatically

💡 Once Stripe payment processing is active, this step will be automated for direct bookings. OTA bookings will always require manual entry unless Spot2Nite partnership is established.
